What is a fitness boot camp ?

A fitness boot camp is a fun outdoor group exercise class designed to get you fit. Our unique boot camps are designed to improve your overall fitness, and burn as many calories as possible. We utilize a mixture of weighted slam ball and bodyweight exercises, to improve your muscular strength and cardiovascular capacity.

Trojan Fitness boot camps are held every Saturday morning 9.30 – 10.30 am at Kings College Athletics Track, Ruislip.
