Bootcamp
A challenging army inspired full body workout designed to get you fit!
This class incorporates a range of different functional exercises using equipment such as slam balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes and much more.
Circuit Party
A circuit class with a party attitude. Expect loud music, high energy and a great atmosphere. During the class you will navigate around a number of exercise stations, each challenging a different aspect of your fitness.
Core Fusion
Inspired by Pilates and primal movement. A class that focuses on core muscles and fascia work, to help strengthen and balance muscle tension, through various dynamic and static stretches.
Dance Fit
An upbeat dance class designed to get them hips, arms and legs working. Work up a sweat while listening to the latest new tunes.
Energize
Energize is a full body workout designed to fire you up for the day ahead. Burn a truck load of calories with this circuit style class, using dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and many more.
Extreme Interval Training
A 30 minute very high intensity class, designed to get you as fit as possible in the smallest amount of time. A great class for people short on time but want maximum benefits.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga
A contemporary approach to Yoga, done in your own time and pace that combines traditional yoga postures, stretches, and balances with fitness principles. It focuses on the physical fitness aspect, by utilising yoga postures that promote strength, stability, and flexibility.
Hatha
Rather than being a style of yoga as such, Hatha describes any kind of yoga where poses (asanas) are practiced, this would include Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga to name a few popular styles.
Hybrid Fit
Hybrid Fit is a class that merges cardiovascular with resistance exercise. In this class you will use kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls plus your bodyweight, to challenge different aspects of your fitness. A great full-body workout.
Metafit
A high intensity bodyweight only exercise class that gets your metabolism fired up.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Power Cycle
Where spin meets sports science. In this cycle class you will enjoy all the highs of a normal spin class but with the added benefits of training with a power meter. After setting up your bike and adding some data to the computer, you will then be ready to train in your own personal power zones.
Rocket Yoga
Rocket Yoga is fast-paced and has a dynamic flow. Its structure is similar to that of Ashtanga Yoga, consisting of Surya Namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, twists, and bends.
Ultimate Core
A class that focuses on strengthening the muscles that stabilise the spine, through all of its range of motion.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
