Stop searching for a local reliable personal trainer. I can assure you Matt at Trojan Fitness is who you’ve been... looking for. When I started with Matt I really couldn’t believe it was possible for me to lose weight. I made the mistake of over complicating things to which I wasn’t getting any results. Matt broke it down for me and kept to a really simple training method/diet advice which works.I completed 10 sessions with Matt over 10 weeks and managed to lose bang on 10kg (1.57 stone). Matt is an inspiring and encouraging personal trainer . I was looking for someone to assist with some strength training... , to compliment the cardio / running exercising that I had been doing .
